Be Resilient

No one is perfect but often self-confidence on a sea saw of goals and expectations.  If you get rattled when you aren’t the best at something or when things don’t go according to plan, you’ll always be at the mercy of factors you can’t control.  Instead when life doesn’t quite turn out the way you expect it will or want it to, give yourself a little room for these times. The more you reward yourself for stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new instead of bashing yourself for a less-than-stellar performance, the easier it will be to tackle the next challenge with confidence.

Be Optimistic

Whether it’s in business or personal relationships, optimism is the best medicine for any situation. It’s easy to let the what if’s creep in to your mind and take your confidence captive. Instead be optimistic and speak the result that you want. Know that we don’t live in a perfect world and thing may happen that was not according to plan but at least we didn’t speak it into existence.

Face your Fears

Put fear on BLAST!!! Fear is persistent. It doesn’t go away. It will wait for one of your weak moments and then it will strike. If you let it get the best of you, you’ll never move forward. Take the risk and do what your heart desires. Take small steps to conquering your fears. Such as taking a speaking class, or join a community group.
Exercise

Exercise is all about goal setting. Setting goals and achieving them give you a sense of accomplishments. It not only boosts your confidence but he makes you look and feel great. It is also a great way to chase way those depressing thoughts and reduce stress. You don’t have to exercise for weight lost. Just exercise to build that confidence and believe me you don’t have to do it for hours. An intense workout of 15-30 minutes is sufficient enough.
